INGREDIENTS
*1 diced onion
*Cubed chicken fillet
*butter
*black pepper powder
*crushed garlic
*milk
*Chicken and mushroom dry cook in sauce
*Pastry
*mushrooms
*1 egg
METHOD
Braise chicken in a little bit of water until it turns white
*Remove excess water,add butter and fry with onions
*add garlic and black pepper and continue to fry for about 2 minutes
*Add mushrooms and simmer on low
*Mix chicken and mushroom cook in sauce with milk and add in the chicken mixture... simmer on low until it thickens then remove from heat
*Add filling in puff pastry,seal the edges with a fork and give it an egg wash
*Bake at 160° for 15 minutes...make sure the underneath of the pie is cooked week...you can remove it off the pie tray,flip it over and bake it upside down for an extra 2 minutes until fully cooked
