DryMy Style +- ½ kg or 6 small pieces cut up chicken 3 -4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 small onionFew Curry leaves 1 Fresh cut in half Red chilli3 whole black peppers 1 Elachi (cardomom) pod 1 clove ½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)2 sliced garlic Braise Add 1 teaspoon saltAdd 1 teaspoon ginger garlicAdd BraiseAdd 1 tablespoon of durbs masala or the all in one masalaAdd 1 teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon crushed red chilli¼ teaspoon tumericAdd the washed cut up chicken piecesBraise 3 4 minutesAdd 1 medium grated tomatoBraise on low heat till chicken is cooked Add water little by little only if requiredNow take Boiled chana Add ½ teaspoon garam masalaAdd to the chicken cook for further 5-8 minutesLet it be a bit moist Adjust your salt and chilliGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)And or shallotEnjoy with roti
