1 Large Spatchkok Chicken 6 - 8 Chicken drumsticks6 - 8 Chicken Thighs Or use mixed portions with skin onWash and pat dry FOR THE MARINADE+- 1 to 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste2 teaspoon vinegar2 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Bbq Spice1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 teaspoon black pepper powderRub the above well to the Chicken and leave overnight ORCouple hoursFOR braai (bbq)When ready you can braai (bbq) When Done Paste the Basting sauceSee belowALTERNATEVELY FOR OVENPlace pieces on on and oven tray Bake at 180*for 20 minutes then turn the pieces for another 10-15 minutes Drain excess juicesAndPaste the Baste over the ChickenFOR THE BASTEMIX125 ml Fresh Cream OR can use more ¼ Bottle any Nandos Flavour sauce or Peri peri or Bushveld braai (bbq) sauce Serving suggestionChips Salads Spicy Rice and Portuguese Rolls etc Enjoy
