INGREDIENTS
500g fillet or sirloin, sliced into thin strips across the grain.1 onion quartered and sliced 5mm thick2 green bell peppers sliced 5mm thick 5 garlic cloves thinly sliced
Sauce1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon brown vinegar 1 teaspoon stock powder dissolved in half cup hot water1 teaspoon maizena (corn flour) dissolved in cold water to make a slurry 1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon chilli flakes1 teaspoon six gun grill powder1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
In a large pan, saute steak, well spaced out, until brown on each side.Remove steak and set aside Saute onions until soft.Add green pepper and saute until soft.Add garlic and saute until fragrant Add in combined sauce and mix well.Add in steak and all juices and mix well.Taste and adjust seasoning Serve with riceSprinkle sesame seeds, drizzle chilli crisp oil and sesame oil.

Dont overcrowd steak, else it will steam and won't brown (Maillard reaction)
