My Creamy Style
Use your Moon Dough Recipe
Heat 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Add3-4 Chicken Fillets Cubed Small1 teaspoon Green Masala Ginger /Garlic PasteAdd 1 teaspoon Green Chilli paste 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)+- 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon White or Black Pepper PowderBraise till Chicken is softAdd½ cup of Cream Style CornHandfull of Steamed and small Chopped Mushrooms and Robot PeppersBraiseAddMake a paste with little water ½ packet (25g) Knorr Mushroom Soup powder¼ Cup Nestle Dessert Cream Any Brand Creamy Pepper sauce Or Mushroom Sauce Mix well Cook till a bit dry ADJUST SALT AND CHILLI/PEPPER TASTE When cooled add Chopped Green dhania (coriander) and Add Grated 2 diff colour Cheeses (Optional) OR Add 1 Packet of 3 Cheese Sauce Powder Fill Moon rounds dip in beaten Egg and Bread Crumbs Or Crushed Corn Flakes You may Freeze at this Stage and Fry when Required Enjoy 😋
