INGREDIENTS
1 and ½ cups fresh cream, cold
4 heaped tablespoons icing sugar 2 tablespoons Klim (any brand full-fat milk powder) ½ teaspoon cream of tartar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Chill metal bowl and beaters in fridge for a few hours, make sure cream is cold too.
Beat cream until well thickened. Add in all ingredients and beat to stiff peaks.Pipe on cakes, cupcakes and desserts.
