Boil pasta in salt water with little olive oil, al dente, drain. In a medium pot heat 2 tablespoon olive oil add chopped onion and sauté until soft and transparent. Add the garlic and Braise for a minute. Add the cubed chicken fillet with the spice and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until done. Then add the cream and cheese simmer on low heat until slightly thickened. Lastly add the cooked pasta gently toss.
