4-5 Chicken Fillets Cut in Thick Chuncks2 tablespoon Chicken Tikka Masala( I used the Sun Brand)+- 1 Full teaspoon Crushed Red Chilli 1Tblsp Ginger Garlic paste 1 & ½ tablespoon Lemon Juice4 tablespoon Plain Yoghurt (Maas can be Used)1 tap Paprika1 &½ teaspoon DhanaJeera mix powder¼ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Salt 3 tablespoon Oil Marinate all of the above Put through Skewers Shake off the Masala Grill in Oven Turning each till done +-15 minutes or braai (bbq) over Coals Baste with the remaining Marinade add Melted Butter As you braai (bbq) or Grill May Alternate also With Thick Of Robot Peppers and Thick Onion SlicesServe ChipsWith Onion and Carrot Vinegar Salad or Any Green Salad Hot Dips Naan Roti
