1 chicken cut and washed Marinade: 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon fine dhania (coriander) 1 tap red chillie powder ½ teaspoon tumeric lemon juice to make a paste
Other ingredients: 2 tomatoes (liquidised) 4 tablespoon plain yoghurt 1 teaspoon ginger garlic mandala 1 teaspoon fine dhania (coriander) and jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam Masala 1 tin coconut milk Chopped dhania (coriander)
Marinate chicken overnight or for few hours in marinade. Cook over medium heat till chicken is cooked through. In a saucepan, place the liquidised tomatoes, yoghurt, ginger garlic masala and spices except garam masala. Simmer and pour over chicken and cook further. Lastly add coconut milk, garam masala and freshly chopped dhania (coriander). Serve hot with rice, puri or naan. Enjoy!
