INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut and washedMarinade:1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon fine dhania (coriander)1 tap red chillie powder½ teaspoon tumericlemon juice to make a paste
Other ingredients:2 tomatoes (liquidised)4 tablespoon plain yoghurt1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon fine dhania (coriander) and jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam Masala1 tin coconut milkChopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Marinate chicken overnight or for few hours in marinade. Cook over medium heat till chicken is cooked through. In a saucepan, place the liquidised tomatoes, yoghurt, ginger garlic masala and spices except garam masala. Simmer and pour over chicken and cook further. Lastly add coconut milk, garam masala and freshly chopped dhania (coriander). Serve hot with rice, puri or naan. Enjoy!
