1 chicken cut up into pieces2 tablespoons chilli garlic paste 1 tablespoon crushed garlic2 tablespoons tomato sauce2 tablespoons peri peri sauce Juice from half a lemon juice Salt to taste½ teaspoon tumeric powder 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon grinded black pepper½ teaspoon lemon pepper 250ml fresh cream
METHOD
Marinate the chicken with all the above spices and sauces for a few hours.Heat the ghee (Clarified butter) or butter in a potAdd the chicken and cook plus minus half an hourAdd in the fresh cream Cook a few minutes and switch off the stoveServe with Mediterranean Veggies recipe posted already!!!!!
