1 chicken disjointed
1 tablespoon Aromat (a South African Spice) spice
1 tablespoon peri peri powder
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Nando’s sauce of your choice
Make a paste with the Aromat (a South African Spice), peri peri, garlic and lemon juice.
Smear onto chicken and leave for 10 minutes.
Place the chicken into a Pyrex and dot with butter.
Place under a grill for 15 minutes, remove and turn the chicken over.
Grill for another 15 minutes.
Remove from grill and pour over a generous amount of your favorite Nando’s sauce. Place back under the grill for about 5 minutes.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with chips and salad.
