RECIPE
1 Whole chiken or 1 kg chicken Fillet
- Steam chicken halfway with 2 ½ tablespoon. thyme and 1 teaspoon salt ( steam till chicken done if it whole chicken)
Marinade
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
¼ teaspoon portuguese spice
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
3tblsp tomato sauce
3 tablespoon french dressing
3 tablespoon garlic sauce
3 tablespoon peri peri sauce
Little less than ½ cup lemon juice
Mix the above and leave aside.
add less chilli powder and peri peri sauce coz it cumz out strong
- braise 1 to 1 ½ teaspoon red masala(ginger garlic masala) hw strong u want it, add 2 grated tomatoes... When water burned out and tomatoes cooked, then add marinade... Allow to boil 4 about 2 minutes...
Layer chicken and par boiled potato wedgez/ baby potatoes and pour sauce over... Place dollops of butter here and there... Bake in pre heated oven of 180 till heated and sauce gets little cooked... Dnt leave 2 lng, it wil get dry...
