INGREDIENTS

Cubed chicken fillet Marinate in the following and cook:Red masala Red chili powder SaltTomato sauce Steers peri peri sauce Garlic flakes Chicken spiceghee (Clarified butter)/oil
When chicken is cooked, add steers tikka sauce.

METHOD

Slit cocktail rolls on top and stuff with chicken filling. Top with grated cheese, sliced sweet peppers and parsley. Bake until cheese melts
