INGREDIENTS
2 pieces chicken fillet - small cubes / strips
Olive oil
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon green chillies
1 tablespoon Robertson portueguese spice
1 teaspoon Robertson zesty lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Robertson rustic garlic and herb
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
Spinache
Wash and chop it up
Salt
Haldi
Garlic
Boil pasta as per packet instruction
250ml fresh cream
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon flour
METHOD
Cook chicken with all the spices until done and set aside .
Add some olive oil to a saucepan add haldi and garlic add the spinache and salt , allow to steam until done .
Now add the cooked spinache to the chicken and mix well
Add the fresh cream just. Enforce serving and simmer , add the boiled pasta and mix well .
Warm up the milk and add the flour , whisk until smooth . Add this to the pasta and. Mix well .
Serve immediately .
