1 tray chicken or leg or breast quarters
1 tablespoon crushed garlc
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
1⁄2 lemon freshly squeezed
1⁄4 to 1⁄2 cup white cocoa food co Lebanese chicken marinade / or Lebanese chicken marinade of your choice
marinade chicken over night
Steam the chicken first in a pan or pot half way through
On an indoor griller or braai (bbq) stand cook chicken until nicely grilled .
heat up some marinade and stream over chicken or pour over .
squeeze some lemon juice on the cooked chicken and serve immediate
