INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken mince1 chopped red onion 2 tablespoon tomato paste 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables 2 tablespoon all in one masala ( can use your choice of spices)1 tablespoon salt1 tablespoon black pepper Fatimaβs puff pastry ( can use other brands)1 egg ( for egg wash)Poppy seeds
METHOD
Fry onion π§
until translucent...
Add garlic and ginger paste and continue frying...
Add chicken, spice, salt, pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add in the mixed vegetables and tomato paste and let it cook further.....
Let the filling cool and cut the puff pastry with any cutter of your choice....
Assemble the pies and brush them with egg wash and sprinkle some poppy seeds....
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown...
Serve and enjoy π
