4 fillets cut into strips1 egg1 teaspoon Chicken spice1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger π« garlic Β½ cup lemon π juice 2 teaspoon green chillies Salt1 teaspoon lemon π pepper 3 tablespoon fresh cream
Mix above few hours or overnight. Mix together:Β½ cup chana flour Β½ cup flour2 tablespoon breadcrumbs (I added 1 teaspoon dried parsley & ΒΌ cup crushed Kornflakes)2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
Dip in flour mixture and deep fry few minutes till golden brown Serve with dip of choice.I prefer the spur salad & French fry dip
