1 tablespoon Prego and Chicken Calistos spice1 tablespoon Calistos Portuguese Chicken braai (bbq) spice1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon Lemon pepper1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powderAromat (a South African Spice) to taste1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera Mix2 tablespoon Aminas Tandoori mix+- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise+- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce2 tablespoon yoghurt or maas2 tablespoon tomato puree2 tablespoon Oil 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Mix all above togetherMarinate few hours
METHOD
Heat oil and ghee (Clarified butter)Add strips of robot peppersBraise Add all the marinated chicken Cook on low leave it a bit saucyAdjust the chilli and salt
