Marinate 4-5 chicken fillets cut sideways in halves to make it thinner 1 tablespoon crushed chilli 1Tblsp lemon pepper 1Tblsp chicken spice 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon ginger garlic ½ teaspoon garlic Little mixed herbs and thyme Marinade above
Cook lightly in butter Turning on both sides 15-20 minutes Till fillets are well done Place slices of cheese on the fillets whilst still on the pan so cheese will melt a bit
For Prawn Marinade 400 g Prawn 1 tablespoon crushed chilli 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice ¼ cup melted butter 1 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon lemon pepper Mix all to the prawn Cook in pan till juicy 8-12 minutes
Fry potato chips add salt vinegar and chilli Make a salad Serve with tartare sauce and lemon butter sauce or any peri peri butter sauce Serve with rolls Enjoy..
