Sauce- 2 cups milk 2 tablespoon water 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon flour Salt and pepper to taste
Method: Beans- Saute onion in oil with taj till golden. Add beans, tomatoes and pepper and cook till tomato thickens. Spoon into an oven proof dish.
Mash- Boil or bake potato. Mash with salt, pepper and butter to taste. Make a flat layer over beans.
Chicken- Saute onion in oil till golden, add chicken, chillies, lemon, garlic and spices and cook till sealed. Add veg and cook till chicken is done. Spoon over mash.
Pasta- Boil in salted water till aldente and drain.
Sauce- Cook this whilst pasta is boiling. Melt butter, add milk and water and heat through. Add flour and whisk till smooth. Bring to boil and allow to thicken. Season and then toss in cooked pasta. Pour pasta over chicken.
Sprinkle over cheese and oregano and bake in preheated oven at 180degC till cheese melts and heated through. Serve hot.
Note: in pic sprinkled more chicken over white sauce and pasta because hubby likes more chicken, then sprinkled cheese over.
