My style Wash 500 g Chicken livers add little vinegar to the livers and wash againIn a pot add 3-4 tablespoon butterAdd 1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon full Aminas red chilli garlic pasteAdd 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon tumericCook fry when you see it's doneLastly add ¼ cup tomato sauce and ¼ cup of steers peri peri or Prego sauceCook but not dryAdjust saltGarnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)Note: You can leave out red chilli and use only white or black pepper
