onion vagaar with: little full Jeeru (Cumin) I use olive oil just as onions soften not brown add chicken cubesadd red garlic paste saltdhania (coriander) ground red chillie powder origanum. cook on low heat I added some:robot peppers and whole kennel corn. allow to cook well. lastly I added a packet of tomato paste toss and turn well. In pyrex dish chicken mixture at bottom I poured little white sauce I had made while my chicken was cooking.Added boiled macorni sprinkled cheese cut cocktail tomato. Chillie flake and parsley dry. Bake in oven 180, half way through the cooking I poured a little white sauce over. bake till piping hot.
