1 packet Kismet pitas
1 packet Mc'cains creamed spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese
2 large chicken fillets cubed
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon green chilli paste
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
Heat butter in pot. Add chicken and all ingredients besides mayo. When chicken 3⁄4 way done, add mayo. Cook till chicken done.
Microwave spinach according to packet instructions. Season with salt and pepper.
Microwave pitas for a minute.
Cut into halves.
Dry toast on a tawa till crispy on either side.
Stuff with cheese, chicken, spinach and top with cheese again.
