White sauce : 2 cups of milk 3 tablespoon butter¼ cup maziena/ flour ½ cup grated cheese
CHICKEN METHOD :1. Braise onions, Chili in oil until golden brown. 2. Add garlic, tomato, spices and stir. 3. Add chicken pieces, mix thoroughly, cook until chicken is soft. 4. Add ¼ cup water to simmer. 5. Add fresh cream. 6. Make white sauce. 7. Layer lasagne noodles, chicken mix, sauce and cheese. 8. Pop into oven in a Pyrex of your choice for about 35 minutes at 180' C
SAUCE METHOD :1. Heat pan on low heat. 2. Add butter 3. Add milk and maziena and stir continuously. 4. Add more milk if necessary ( press out lumps with fork /spoon)5. Add cheese, stir thoroughly, until you have a nice semi runny/stretchy cheese texture.
