INGREDIENTS
6cooked lasagne strips3 chicken breast pieces1 & Β½ onions (chopped fine)3 tablespoon oil4 heap teaspoon garlic paste1 largw tomato grated1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon pepper1 chilli 30ml fresh cream 260g gouda cheese (grated)
White sauce : 2 cups of milk 3 tablespoon butterΒΌ cup maziena/ flour Β½ cup grated cheese
METHOD
CHICKEN METHOD :1. Braise onions, Chili in oil until golden brown. 2. Add garlic, tomato, spices and stir. 3. Add chicken pieces, mix thoroughly, cook until chicken is soft. 4. Add ΒΌ cup water to simmer. 5. Add fresh cream. 6. Make white sauce. 7. Layer lasagne noodles, chicken mix, sauce and cheese. 8. Pop into oven in a Pyrex of your choice for about 35 minutes at 180' C
SAUCE METHOD :1. Heat pan on low heat. 2. Add butter 3. Add milk and maziena and stir continuously. 4. Add more milk if necessary ( press out lumps with fork /spoon)5. Add cheese, stir thoroughly, until you have a nice semi runny/stretchy cheese texture.
INFO & TIPS
*9 servings
add cheese, oregano, for garnish
*can add mushrooms
keep adding milk slowly to get rid of lumps.
