Boil 1 packet butternut chunks in salted water. Drain empty into pyrex. Boil:50g butter3 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon lemon π juice 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon ground green chillies Β½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 2 tablespoon brown sugar ΒΌ cup milk1 teaspoon garlic flakes
Boil and pour over butternut Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) Bake 15 minutes.Serve Piping hot π₯
