Chicken Filling: 6 chicken fillet 1 green pepper 1 onion 3 green chillies 1 tomato 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon tumeric 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder 2Tbs butter 2tbs oil 1 level teaspoon garlic
Chop all of the above ingredients and put into a pot on low till cooked.
For lasagna sheets: Put on a pot af water to boil, add 1 teaspoon salt- when boiling add 1 box of sheets of lasagne and stir continuously. Remove when soft.
White sauce: Add 3tbs butter to a pot and melt on low. Add ½ cup flour. Whisk in.Cook till bubbles. Add 1lt of milk gradually and keep stirring. Add 1/4 teaspoon garlic. Sprinkle ground pepper. 1level teaspoon salt. Grate a block of cheese.. Like R25 worth gouda or cheddar cheese.
