INGREDIENTS
                      ½ kilo chicken fillet cut into strips 
marinate in :
1 teaspoon ginger 
1 teaspoon garlic 
1 teaspoon red chili paste 
1 teaspoon chinese salt 
½ teaspoon white pepper 
½ teaspoon black pepper 
½ teaspoon jeera powder 
2 tablespoon soya sauce 
add 1 egg 
¼ cup corn flour 
oil for shallow fry 
sauce :
4 tablespoon soya sauce '
4 tablespoon chili sauce 
2 tablespoon tomato sauce 
2 tablespoon bbq sauce 
2 tablespoon vinegar
crushed garlic 
oil 
2 tablespoon yogurt 
paste :
1 tablespoon corn flour 
cold water 
make a paste 
chopped dhania (coriander)
full handful spring onion 
roasting 
¼ cup cashew halves or chopped 
1 tablespoon sesame seeds 
3 whole dey red chili 
                    
METHOD
                      marinate chicken 
dip in corn flour and sallow fry both sides approx 10 minutes . 
set aside 
In a pan add oil roast the cashews , sesame  with the dry red chili set aside 
Add oil crushed garlic simmer then add all the sauces along with 1 cup water , lower heat add the paste and stir this wil thicken , add more water if need be . lastly add the yogurt and mix . 
the chicken and half of the chopped spring onions 
when you ready to serve : 
garnish with the dry red chili , cashews handful dhania (coriander) and spring onions 
serves with homemade rog ne naan
