cake 4 eggs ½ cup milk 60g butter 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 ¼ cups castor sugar 1 ½ cups flour
2 heap tablespoon coffee such as Frisco 2 heap tablespoon cocoa
ganache 3*90g Cadbury chocolate small tin nestle cream
mocha layer 250 g fresh cream icing sugar Frisco coffee
beat egg white stiff. gradually add sugar and yolk. beat well. boil milk and butter. fold in sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk mixture. divide batter into two. mix cocoa powder into half and coffee into other half. pour into two well greased square cake tins. bake in preheatd oven at 200c for approx 20min.
slowly heat chocolate and cream, stirring continuously until smooth. allow to cool.
beat fresh cream with coffee and sugar to taste.
slice cooled cakes lengthwise in half. layer a chocolate cake then mocha cream then coffee cake then cream repeating agaIn. top with chocolate ganache and decorate as desired. Zaakirah
