RECIPE

1kg steak cut and washedMarinate with3 tablespoons mayonnaise 4 teaspoons mochachos spice2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons chilli sauce½ teaspoon steak and chops spice ½ teaspoons bbq spice1 teaspoon Sujees peri peri masala Salt to taste1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Add 2 tablespoons oil to pot.Cook in pressure cooker till done.Must be saucy.
Before servingMix 2 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon mayo1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon mochachos spiceChilli flakesBoil and throw over steak
Serve with a savoury rice
