Fry the onion, until golden.Add the tomatoes. Add the pepper. Add the spices & lastly the dhal soaked in water for 10 minutes. Strain the water add to pot. Add half cup of water. Cook for 15 minutesGarnish with fresh Danya.Njoy with Roti, Naan or Rice

Add also Bulgarian yogurt then to that can add some Danya on the side of your dish.
