INGREDIENTS
OnionPepperTomatoes Curry Leaves (4)1 teaspoon JieraHalf teaspoon TumericHalf teaspoon Paprika 1 level teaspoon MasalaDanyaSalt to taste(OPTIONAL) Add 1-2 Chillies to The Balgarian Yogurt
METHOD
Fry the onion, until golden.Add the tomatoes. Add the pepper. Add the spices & lastly the dhal soaked in water for 10 minutes. Strain the water add to pot. Add half cup of water. Cook for 15 minutesGarnish with fresh Danya.Njoy with Roti, Naan or Rice

SEPERATE
Add also Bulgarian yogurt then to that can add some Danya on the side of your dish.
Tip for the day add half tsp lemon juice to the dhal food.
