1 full chicken cut into quaters or more
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1⁄2 lemon squeezed
1 tablespoon calistos prego spice
1 tablespoon calitos garlic and herb spice
1 tablespoon parsely
1 teaspoon crushed red chili
1 teaspoon dhana powder
3 tablespoon calistos meduim peri sauce
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
potatoes optional - fry then seperate and add or steam
1⁄2 squeezed lemon
2 tablespoon calistos meduim peri sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red chilli
1⁄4 cup fresh cream
Marinade chicken and cook in butter until completely done .
before serving simmer the sauce and pour in a small jar
pour sauce on chicken as you eat as u desire .
serve with naan bread or bread of your choice
