Adapted from @maseeha - I omitted coconut from original recipe
INGREDIENTS
¼ pd butter (about 115g) ½ cup Sojee (semolina flour) (semolina )2 eggs ½ cup sugar ¼ litre milk ¼ litre water (1cup)pinch of Elachi (cardomom) egg yellow
METHOD
1. braise soji (semolina) and butter till pink 2. beat eggs, sugar, milk, water , pinch of Elachi (cardomom) and egg yellow and throw into Sojee (semolina flour)3. cook on low and wen it thickens, add 1 cup custard and 2 tablespoon condensedmilk 4. mix well wen its a thickish consistency remove from stove - takes a long while at least 30 minutes on low.
INFO & TIPS
I topped it with cooked warm custard one time I made it but not necessary!
