RECIPE
1 ½ cup semolinaBraise with 3 tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter), 2 elachie, 2 cinnamon sticks until pink.
Mix 1 cup milk, 1 cup boiling water, 1 cup ultramel custard, 1 tablespoon custard powder, elachie powder, a pinch of saffron, a drop of egg yellow. Mix well and add to suji. Add sugar to tasteStir once and leave to steam until done about 15mins. Before serving, mix some nestle cream with custard and drizzle over.Sprinkle almonds and serve
