INGREDIENTS
For biscuits250g of butter½ cup castor sugar2tblspns water+- 2 ½ cups self rising flour
For decoratingMelted Milky barKitKat senses salted caramel or any Kitkat flavour of your choice (leave in fridge overnight then crush coarsley)Coloured writing icing tubes
METHOD
1.)Melt butter slightly,add sugar and water and whisk till fluffy.2.)Add flour and mix to form a rollable dough.3.)Roll dough out about 1/2cm thick - cut into rectangles and slit in the middle to make a two finger KitKat shape.4.)Bake at 180degrees for +-10 minutes till the bottom of the biscuit is golden brown and the top is still a bit soft (it will harden as it cools).4.)Remove biscuits from the oven and leave to cool.5.)Dip both of the longer ends of the biscuit in milkybar and crushed KitKat -leave aside for the chocolate to dry then fill the middle slits with writing icing.
