Flake Biscuits

RECIPE

(Chocolate biscuits shaped like flake)
250g butter
¾ cup castor sugar
Beat till creamy then add:
2 tablespoon cocoa
2 cups coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of bicarb
2 ½ cups flour or more to make a soft manegable dough
Roll out dough on a floured surface..fork dough
Cut into long finger like flakes.bake at 180 till done
