INGREDIENTS
-250g butter or margarine -¾ cup castor sugar -4 tablespoon Nomu rich dark cocoa-4-5 flakes-2 cups coconut-1 teaspoon baking powder-a pinch of bicarb-2-3 cups flour-Daily milk slab (melted)
METHOD
- Beat butter and sugar till creamy.- Add cocoa, coconut, baking powder, bicarb, 3 flakes (crumbled) and enough flour to make a soft manageable dough.-Roll out dough in your desired shape.-Bake at 180⁰ for 10-15 minutes or till done. Let it cool a bit. -Dip the upper part of the biscuit in melted chocolate and sprinkle crumbled flake.
INFO & TIPS
Certain days the dough gets a little crumbly so I add 1 or 2 Tblsp oil
