Butterfork Biscuits π§πͺ

Ingredients:
250 g butter
Β½ cup sugar
ΒΌ teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour
Method:
1. Beat the butter until thick, white, and fluffy. (Beat for about 5 minutes)
2. Add sugar and beat until well combined.
3. Mix in the baking powder and flour to form a soft dough.
4. Roll into small balls and place on a baking tray.
5. Press each ball down lightly with a fork to create the signature pattern.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C until lightly golden and done
