My style 150 g soft butter or margarine2Tblsp oil½ cup castor sugarBeat well½ mazina½ cup almonds and crushed pecans mixed¾ cup dessicated coconutAlmond essenceVanilla essenceMix all well together½ teaspoon baking powder (baking powder)+-1 ½ cups sifted flour to make a soft dough (add more more if required)Grate doughPlace lumps on greased baking trayStick pieces of cut up cherriesin each lumpBake at 180* for 15-20 minutesCool and decorate with chocolateNOTE:Add 2 tablespoon cocoa for brown biscuitOr 2 teaspoon coffee for coffee biscuitEnjoy
