INGREDIENTS
250g butter 1 cup icing sugar½ cup oil1 jumbo egg¾ cup custard powder2½ - 3 cups self raising flour or more
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar until white and fluffy. Add in the oil and beat for 5 minutes.Then add egg beat well. Add in the custard powder beat until combined. Lastly add the self raising flour 1 cup at a time. Mix until you get a soft dough to pipe. Add more flour if needed. Use a basket weave nozzle to pipe dough. Bake in a pre heated oven 170 deg Celsius.Remove from oven allow to cool then sandwich two biscuits with dark or milk chocolate
