Pistachio Burfee Biscuits

RECIPE



250g very soft butter beat very well with 3/4cup icing sugar,
add in 1/4cup oil beat again very well,
add in 1 teaspoon cardamom powder (Elachi (cardomom)) 1cup milk powder,
1/4cup very fine grounded pista (pistachio nuts),
make a soft dough with enough plain flour,
shape as desired,
I rolled into logs sliced and bake in pre heated moderate oven temp about 15min +- then cool and drizzle white chocolate and sprinkle pista (pistachio nuts) on top😋

Don't bake it on 180 rather on 140or 160...when I baked mine on 180 it got brown very quickly and stayed raw inside
