½ cup maizena (corn flour).
½ cup castor sugar.
½ cup finely chopped pecans
½ cup finely chopped almonds
Aprox. 2 cups cake flour.
More castor sugar for garnish.
Beat butter and sugar until white then add maizena (corn flour) and beat until creamy. Add in nuts. Lastly add flour forming into a soft dough.
Pinching small pieces of dough, roll even strips and form into horse shoe shapes on a lined baking sheet.
In a preheated oven of 160deg bake for 10 minutues.
Biscuits must be light in colour. Remove from oven and dip in castor sugar.
