CRACKLED GINGER BISCUITS 🍯
Crispy edges, soft centres & that perfect spicy crackle 🤎

In a large bowl, mix together:
• 1 cup flour• 2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda• 2 teaspoon baking powder• 1½ teaspoon cinnamon powder• 3 teaspoon ginger powder• ¼ teaspoon salt
Grate in 125 g cold butter and rub into the flour using your fingertips until it looks like breadcrumbs.
Add:
• ½ cup sugar• 5 tablespoon honey or golden syrup
Bring everything together with your hands to form a soft dough.
Using a tablespoon, scoop dough onto a lined baking tray, leaving space for spreading.
✨ These will flatten and crack beautifully while baking.
Bake at 160°C (thermofan) for 15 minutes.
Cool slightly… if you can resist 😉
