CHOC MINT BISCUITS

250g soft butter 1 cup maizena (corn flour) (corn flour) 1 cup icing sugar 1 cup oil 5 tablespoon cocoa powder 3- 3½ cups flour (add less if you adding coconut or nuts. Coconut or nuts of choice
Cream butter add icing sugar Mix on medium speed then add maizena (corn flour) (corn flour) mixing well after each ingredient. Add oil and then cocoa Lastly add flour make soft dough. Bake on 180°c for 15 minutes. Decorate as desired. I dipped in dairy milk chocolate and sprinkled peppermint crisp.
