Jelly :1 l water¾ cup sugar2 teaspoon china grass 4 tablespoon rose syrup ¼ teaspoon ground Elachi (cardomom) Boil altogether ..Take out a mould and fill it halfway with the Jelly.. Allow to set fully
When set fully , make the custard:1 l milk6 tablespoon sugar8 tablespoon custardBoil while mixing..When done,add it to the set jelly till topAllow to set completely..When set, empty onto a plate and serve..
