INGREDIENTS
Bring to boil together 2 cups sugar with ¾ cup water and 3 tablespoon or more spoons candy floss syrup for 7-10 minutes Make a paste with :1 tablespoon corn flour 2 tablespoon gelatine ½ cup waterAllow the gelatin to bloom pink colouring
METHOD
Remove from heat, boiled mixture & add to the paste. Beat on a high speed for 20 minutes. Pour the mixture to a well grease pan and leave to set in the fridge ± an hour.
Using a hot knife cut marshmallows into squares coat with roasted coconut or colored coconut
