• 1 egg white• 1 cup sugar• 1\2 cream of tar tar• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence• 6 teaspoon gelatine dissolve in 1 cup boiling water• Food colouring optional
Method: 1. Beat ALL until thick and frothy approx 15 minutes2. Set in a greased tray with plastic lining3. Refrigerate overnight or for 6 hours + 4. And cut squares and dip in coconut5. Or a mix of 100g confectioners sugar and 20g cornflour
