1 Tub Cottage Cheese1 Tin sweetened Condensed Milk¼ Cup Lemon juice¼ teaspoon Vanilla Essence or lemon essence, Crust:1 packet Tennis Biscuit or Oreo Bicuits¼ Cup butter, melted Decoration:1-2 Beacon Chocolate Marshmallow Eggs 1x (410g) Tin Pineapple, crushed
Melt the butter, add the crushed biscuit & butter then add it too the pyrex dish.Set in fridge for 1 hour. Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese, add the condensed milk, lemon juice mix well. Lastly add the essence. Pour the filling in the dish. Decorate with Pineapple & Marshmallows.
