INGREDIENTS
¾ cup melted butter.
½ cup cocoa.
2 cups brown sugar.
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1 cup flour
Cheese cake filling
1 tub cream cheese.
1 tin condens milk
⅓ cup lemon juice.
1 teaspoon vanilla
METHOD
For brownie
1. Stir all ingredients in order listed
2. Spread into a well greased muffin pan
3. Bake @ 180' for 30 minutes and watch carefully to see that they have puffed and they are nearly done
For cream cheese filling
1. In food processorPlace cream cheese,condensed milk,lemon juice and vanilla
2. Pulse until smooth pour into a container and chill until firm.
To assemble brownie cheesecake bites
Using a ice cream scoop place 1 scoop of cheesecake onto each brownie freeze for 30 minutes. Dip each cheesecake quickly into melted chocolate. Place raspberry on each one then drizzle with white chocolate
