INGREDIENTS
2 onions sliced thinRinse in salt water, drain and set aside
In a dish mix1 cup chana flourLittle less the ½ cup cake flour1 teaspoon baking powderFreshly chopped spring onion1 eggSalt to taste1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder¼ teaspoon tumeric ¼ teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masalaFreshly chopped coriander leaves¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
METHOD
Deep fry in medium hot oil. Serve with a raita
RaitaDouble cream yogurtFlavour with salt, finely chopped coriander and optionally mint. You can blend or mix together. Serve with fritters. Enjoy.
