Sesame seeds
Dried fenugreek leaves ( Methi (Fenugreek))
Tumeric
Wash your chilie wipe dwn with paper towel
Slit in centre de seed the chillie stuff the above ready mix ingredients.fry in shallow oil.
My sis drizzles oil and bakes it but this takes a little longer ....I freeze tgem individually in foil wrap.and whenever I hve my karee kitchre .I take out and place it jus on my rice and allow to get nice and warm.serve with meal enjoy
